Explore Brighton!
The Royal Pavillion, Brighton Museum, optional group lunch, The Lanes, a stroll on the beach…

Oh we do like to be beside the seaside!

Join us for a lovely day out at the iconic seaside town of Brighton. First stop will be The Royal Pavilion, a former royal residence renowned for its flamboyant Indo-Saracenic architecture and opulent interiors. Originally built as a seaside retreat for the Prince Regent (later George IV), it showcases a unique blend of Regency grandeur and fantastical Chinese and Indian-inspired styles.

If you wish you can then join us for a group two course lunch with tea/coffee at Le Duomo Italian restaurant, situated just outside the Pavilion itself. Or you may prefer to head into the town and find your own lunch spot.

In the afternoon, time is your own to follow your fancy. Visit the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, with an eclectic mix of exhibits including ‘The In Crowd: Mod Fashion & Style 1958-66’. See clothes you really did wear back in your youth! Plus many more galleries of historic and cultural interest.

And/or you could wander in the nearby Lanes, an historic, maze-like area known for its unique shops, boutiques and cafés - and don't forget an ice cream and a stroll on the beach! We’ll head home at 5.00pm.
